When you use our shopping cart your credit card information goes directly to our merchant bank for verification and payment. Your name, shipping address, phone number and e-mail address are sent to us so we can ship your order quickly and to the correct address. Phone numbers are required to help prevent fraud. 

For Phone Orders... We accept orders by phone or Fax at 570-524-4174.  All phone orders and Fax orders are answered and processed in our private office.  We do this to make sure your Credit Card  and other information is in safe hands. On phone orders any questions you may have will also be answered.

When You Call... We will need the products you wish to order, your credit card number and other required information.  Your order information is written up on our in house order sheet and then personally submitted via a secure pathway to our Merchant Bank, (Card Service International "Link Point)."  Upon approval, the order is shipped and your order sheet along with a copy of your printed receipt is then stored in a locked file cabinet, in our private office.  We do not store credit card numbers on our office computers.

When you order from FatAway.org or any of our other Web Stores operated by "Dale H Enterprises," the information you submit to our shopping cart is never sold, shared, or given to anyone for any reason, other than to our Merchant Bank, or Pay Pal for payment processing.  You may receive an occasional e-mail from us.

Shipping Information and Delivery Time:
Most orders ship the same or next business day the order is received. We use US Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.  Your package should arrive in Two or Three Days. Delivery confirmation does not require a signature however, for some orders over $100.00 we may require your Signature upon Delivery.

Over Night Orders:
If you wish to receive your order over night you will have to Phone or Fax your order to our order department...D H. Enterprises 570-524-4174.  The cost for over night shipping for most orders is $19.95

Sales Tax:
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Pennsylvania (6%). Note: At This Time... Pennsylvania does not require Sales Tax on Diet Pills and Other Dietary Supplements.
